Vision Service Plan (VSP) is provided to AFT-NH members ONLY! We are excited to be able to offer this plan to our members. As a member you should have received a packet which included an outline of benefits, plan information, pricing, a listing of participating doctors, and an enrollment form.
More information about VSP is available on their website at www.vsp.com . We encourage you to sign up for this program. Members have responded that they are saving a significant amount of money. Coverage can begin on the first of the month after we receive your payment.
